Accessibility & Inclusion

Suzanne Nicole Psychology is committed to providing a respectful, inclusive, and trauma‑informed service. Accessibility needs and individual circumstances are welcomed and can be discussed at any time.

Accessibility and adjustments

If you have accessibility needs, communication preferences, or require adjustments to support your participation in therapy, you are encouraged to discuss this with Suzanne. Wherever possible, reasonable adjustments will be made to support access to services.
Adjustments may include:
  • Telehealth sessions where clinically appropriate
  • Clear written information or summaries
  • Adjusted pace or style of communication
  • Support around sensory sensitivities or trauma‑related needs

Physical access

Please note that the practice is located in a building with steps and does not currently have wheelchair‑accessible entry.
If this presents a barrier for you, you are warmly encouraged to discuss alternative options, including telehealth sessions, or to talk with Suzanne about your access needs.

Inclusion and respect

Suzanne aims to provide care that is respectful of diversity, identity, culture, and lived experience. All clients are treated with dignity, care, and professionalism.

Support people

You are welcome to discuss involving a support person in sessions where appropriate. This will be guided by your preferences, clinical considerations, and informed consent.
