Raising a concern

If something about your care does not feel right, you are encouraged to raise this directly with Suzanne where possible. Many concerns can be resolved through open and respectful discussion.
You are welcome to raise concerns at any time during therapy or after services have ended.

 

If you prefer not to raise concerns directly

If you do not feel comfortable discussing a concern directly with Suzanne, you may contact her via email or phone to outline your concern and discuss possible next steps.
Suzanne will respond respectfully and aim to address concerns in a timely and fair manner.

 

External complaints options

If you prefer not to raise a concern directly with Suzanne, or if your concern remains unresolved, you have the right to contact external organisations responsible for health‑service complaints or professional regulation.
