Payment can be made via EFTPOS for in‑person sessions or via secure online payment for telehealth sessions.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice, with 24 hours as an absolute minimum, so your appointment time can be offered to another client.
Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice)
Late cancellations can be difficult to fill and may impact the sustainability of the practice.
