Begin trauma counselling
& put the past behind you.

Suzanne is a trauma psychologist in Melbourne
who helps people from all genders & sexualities
reclaim their lives with gentle trauma therapy.

Hey I’m Suzanne and I’m a trauma psychologist in Melbourne. I know how much trauma can follow you everywhere. affecting how you think and act, no matter how much you try to reason through it. Whether you’ve experienced something tangible like sexual assault or bullying, or something harder to name, like a childhood that wasn’t great or not feeling accepted for who you are, it all counts as trauma.

I want to offer you some hope for a life beyond constantly feeling the weight of your past. When you come to me for therapy, my main goal is to make you feel seen, heard, and safe. I use emotion focused therapy, a gentle and effective trauma counselling approach that creates tangible changes.

If you’re ready to reclaim your voice and make your psyche whole again, go ahead and fill out my intake form. Share a bit about yourself and what you’re going through, and let’s start you on your journey to healing.
